Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of Senior Pharmacist in the Pharmacy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the post: Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager. Identify and address patient care and medication management needs where appropriate. Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient.
