Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of Senior Speech and Language Therapist - Early Supported Discharge Stroke Team in the Speech and Language Therapy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Overview: To provide a quality speech and language therapy service to patients presenting with communication disorders and/or disorders of feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing. This is a senior post with responsibility for the ongoing development of our neurology service including our under 65 year old stroke service (patients under the care of the neurology consultants. The post holder will also, when required provide cover to our service at St. Michael’s Hospital.
