Description
Applications are invited for the position of Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Candidate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (cANP) – Emergency Department In the Home EDITH within St. Vincent's University Hospital.
Overview: Emergency Department In The Home (EDITH) is a pathway which aims to bring the skills and expertise of the Emergency Department into the community. Referrals are predominantly obtained via GPs and the National Ambulance Service. The EDITH team consists of Emergency Medicine Doctors, ANP, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. The EDITH team travel out to patient homes where they provide assessment, treatment and referral onward if necessary.
