Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager 3 – RESPECT within St. Vincent's University Hospital. 

Purpose of the post

The post holder will be required to work as a Clinical Lead to establish an enduring culture of Advance Care Planning at SVUH and work closely with the Resuscitation Council UK in adopting and implementing ReSPECT (Recommended Summary Plan for Emergency Care and Treatment).

The CNM3 will provide multimodal education & training to support the discussion of Advance Care planning with patients.

 Have an expert knowledge and understanding of the ReSPECT process as well as experience in leading change management / project management.

The Advance Care Planning Clinical Lead will be responsible for the project management of this project that aims to shape and update the way we plan, discuss, and record patient-centred treatment plans.

The Clinical Lead will play a key role in delivering and supporting the implementation of the RESPECT process across the SVUH organisation, as well as associated research studies.
