Applications are invited for the position of Medical Scientist - Immunology in the Immunology Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The post holder, in co-operation with the Laboratory Manager, the Consultant Head of Department and Chief Medical Scientist in Immunology will::
Work as part of a team in the provision of an Immunology service for St. Vincent’s University Hospital and its associated institutions and general practitioners in accordance with departmental policy.
Actively contribute to the operation of a quality management system in pathology of which all grades of staff are part. This quality management system complies with ISO15189 and provides the governance framework for all processes in the Department.
Identify and promote ways of raising the quality of service to patients.
