Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of Senior Pharmacist - Anti Coagulation Stewardship in the Pharmacy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the post:
The Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist works as an integral member of the SVUH VTE team aiming to continually improve and develop the management of VTE prophylaxis and treatment and to optimise the safe use of anticoagulant drugs in SVUH. They provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient
A panel may be formed to fill upcoming permanent, temporary, whole time and part-time vacancies over the next 6 months.
