Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of CNM2 - Acute Orthopaedic Unit in the Nursing Directorate of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
The 16 bedded AOU looks after acute orthopaedic patients. It offers a wide variety of clinical experience from elective surgeries and traumas. The patients remain in the AOU for a maximum of 48 hours. The patients cared for are poly-trauma, spinal injuries, limb fractures and spinal surgery. It is the regional referral centre for bone sarcoma surgery and orthopaedic surgery.
Purpose of the Post: The CNM2 will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care.
