Description
Purpose of the post: Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager. Identify and address patient care and medication management needs where appropriate. Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient. Subject to the direction and supervision of the Chief II Pharmacist and the Head of Pharmacy Services, the Senior Pharmacist is responsible for managing, co-ordinating and helping to deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services to patients attending the National Referral Centre for Adult Cystic Fibrosis.
