Description
Applications are sought for the permanent position of Director of
Operations at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Role Summary
As an active member of the Executive Management Team of St Vincent’s
University Hospital, the successful post holder will be required to lead the
development of a vision for the future, including transformational change,
which will achieve improvement in the quality of care and the development of an
organisational culture which is open to and empowers innovation, creativity and
learning.
The Director of Operations post is essential in relation to the
provision of support and clear leadership at an Executive level within St.
Vincent’s University Hospital for the further development of the Clinical
Directorate model of care. This post is critical in creating an
environment through which cultural and behavioural change in the delivery of
scheduled and unscheduled care is implemented within St Vincent’s University
Hospital.
