Applications are welcomed for the vacancy of CNM2 – Stroke Early Supported Discharge in St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the post:
The role of the CNM2 Stroke, Early Supported Discharge was developed to provide expertise and specialist nursing services to patients who have suffered a stroke. The CNM2 Stroke will develop stroke services in line with the Stroke Care National Clinical Programme Model of Care.
