Description
Applications are welcomed for the permanent position of Chief II Pharmacist - Informatics in the Pharmacy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Overview: The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, implementation, development and maintenance of digital solutions to support Pharmacy and Medicines Management at St. Vincent’s University Hospital with a particular focus on the HSE Hospital Medicines Management System (HMMS) and the National Cancer Information System (NCIS).
Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH. Identify and address patient care and medication management needs where appropriate. Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient.
