Applications are invited for the permanent post of Service Desk Team Lead (Grade VI) in the ICT Department of St Vincent's University Hospital.
Overview: The ICT Service Desk lead will assist the Head of Systems Management in the day to day operations of the ICT Service Desk. The role requires a hands-on approach in providing technical leadership, guidance and support to the Service Desk members while holding overall responsibility for managing the quality and responsiveness of the service desk support delivered by the ICT team. Leading and supporting rollouts of progressive upgrade projects of SVHG ICT environment including hardware and software, client devices, infrastructure components and business application improvements. The Service Desk Team Lead should display excellent communication skills and a proven track record of dealing and managing multiple stakeholders as well as excellent people management skills.
