Description
Applications are invited for the temporary position of Senior Pharmacist Informatics in the Pharmacy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the post: Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH. Identify and address patient care and medication management needs where appropriate. Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient.
