Description
Applications are invited for the temporary (18 month) position of Transplant Recipient Co-ordinator (Clinical Nurse Specialist) at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the Post: The post holder has professional responsibility to ensure the highest standard of personalised nursing care is delivered to patients and their families in partnership with all members of the multi-disciplinary team by participating in the transplant programmes ensuring an effective, high quality service is provided for the transplant patients and their carers.
