Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of CNM3 - Intravenous Line Team in the Nursing Directorate of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.
Purpose of the post: The post
holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of
peripheral venous catheter/central venous catheter (PVC/CVC) best practice
guidance, care bundle implementation, audit and monitoring process for CVC and
PVC, education and training, incident review process, and monitoring insertion
practices as appropriate. A team of nurses responsible for the insertion of PVC
lines will report directly to the CNM3.
