Description
Applications are sought from suitable candidates for the permanent role of Head of Medical Human Resources within the HR Directorate at St Vincent's University Hospital.
Overview:
The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function for Medical staff (Consultants and Non Consultant Hospital Doctors (NCHD’s)) to ensure that it is efficient, effective and responsive to the changing and evolving needs of the Hospital. The post holder will also be responsible for the development of effective and credible working relationships and for the implementation of a variety of HR initiatives and action plans that positively influence patient and staff experience within the Directorates and Departments across the Hospital and the Healthcare Group.
As a key member of the HR Management Team the Head of Medical Human Resources will lead and facilitate organisational change and manage the Medical HR function within the Directorate. The post holder will work closely with the Director of Human Resources on delivery of the HR Strategy and collaborate on the HR Service delivery model across the organisation.
