Description
Applications are invited for the permanent position of Grade V Officer - ICT Support Technician in the ICT Department of St Vincent's University Hospital.
A panel may be formed to fill permanent or temporary vacancies which may arise over the next 6 months.
Overview: The primary duty of this role is to provide support of the core ICT infrastructure of St Vincent’s University Health group. To provide support for all clinical and non-clinical systems; support all hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration and maintenance of these systems. In addition role will also involve mentoring new support staff. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work alone or as part of a team, great leadership skills, project management skills and problem solving.
