Description
Applications are invited for a permanent position of a Grade VII End of Life Coordinator in St Vincent's University Hospital.
Role Summary:
The post holder, will lead on, support and coordinate all activities associated with the End-of-Life Care Quality Improvement Plan designed to implement the Quality Standards for End-of-Life Care in Hospitals. The post holder will liaise closely with the Palliative Medicine Team in developing an integrated model for Quality improvement, aligned to existing priorities for St. Vincent’s University Hospital, and as agreed with the DON and Consultant Head of Service for Palliative Medicine.
